I’m Flora Tsang, a college student in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Growing up in the Philadelphia suburbs, my parents encouraged me to be involved in outdoor activities. Whether bouldering, hiking, snowboarding, or trail running, it instilled in me the value of movement. It has always been a way to challenge and reward myself, mentally and physically.
In 2022, I developed a passion for long-distance running to navigate a difficult season of my life. I loved it! My endurance was growing with each run and I was reaching distances of which I’d never dreamed.
Then, after two years, something changed. In 2024, I felt Jesus calling. I devoted my life to Him. I was still running but the movement wasn’t fulfilling anymore. I felt convicted to run as a way to glorify God.
Since turning my life over to Christ I realize that the Lord has been with me every mile. Life is a long-distance race we all endure. We can attempt to run the race on our own or accept the extended hand of Jesus.
FloraRuns.com is my way to be the hands and feet of Jesus, to run for His Glory.
